AGENDA FOR BI-MONTHLY MEETING WITH PMG,NK, DHARWAD:

1.      Pressure on postmen to deliver speedpost articles containing Adhar cards beyond duty hours and on Sundays:  It is because of the hard work of postmen Adhar related speed post articles are being delivered without any problem and delivery efficiency is also increased to the considerable extent.  So, forcing staff to attend duties on Sundays also for the work is inhuman and against the interest of staff welfare.  Necessary instructions to the divisional heads, with special reference to Raichur, is felt very essential. 

2.      Compulsory Data entry work through postmen without clerical assistance improper, cases of Koppal and Gadag postmen in Gadag division: Data entry work for preparing registration, eMO and other accountable articles are being got done through postmen on duty and relied on them completely even when the postmen will be under work pressure.  This has adverse effect on the delivery performance and efficiency of postmen. 

3.      Non maintenance of staff quarters of Karwar and Hukkeri(Gokak):  Maintenance work of quarters should be done periodically and the present position of these quarters deserve immediate attention.

4.      Non consideration of request of MTS Sri.S.M.Sindhur Muddebihal MDG for reversion to GDS cadre although the post is vacant:  It is highly irregular to reject the request of the said official for reversion.  Immediately after promotion, i.e on 13.04.2011 he had submitted his request for reversion and the case is unnecessarily prolonged for the inconvenience and agony of the official.  Kind intervention is sought for to mitigate the suffering of the official.
