NOTICE OF CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING
It Is hereby notified under the provisions of Articles 42(A) of this Union constitution
that the Circle Working committee meeting of this Union will be held from 10.30AM onwards on
9th and 10th of June 2012 at HMT Officer’s Club, H.M.T Factory compound, Tumkur-572103 to
transact the following Agenda. Com.K.S.Ranganath, Circle President would preside.
AGENDA
1. Review of the minutes of the last Working Committee and Circle conference.
2. Organisational review.
3. Financial review.
4. Staff problems,
5. Developments on promotion of Circle Secretary as PA and issues there of.
6. Any other subject with the permission of the chair.
All the members of the CWC are requested to participate in the meeting on time.
